Aurix Monetization Terms

Version aurix-monetization-2026-10-v4. Effective 19 October 2026.

These terms explain creator monetization and channel memberships on Aurix. They supplement the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If a mandatory consumer right applies, these terms do not remove it.

1. Applying and approval

Monetization is available to approved Affiliates and Partners. Meeting a checklist lets you apply; it does not automatically approve your channel or guarantee income. Aurix reviews your channel, its content, current eligibility and compliance before deciding. Studio shows the application status and decision note.

Affiliate requirements are 10 subscribers, three qualifying public videos, 100 views across qualifying public videos, an account at least seven days old, a verified email, acceptance of the current platform agreement and an unrestricted channel. Qualifying videos must be available public videos with playable media. Private, unlisted, member-only, draft, removed and restricted videos do not count.

Partner requirements are existing, enabled Affiliate status, at least 20 average lifetime views per qualifying public video, and two active paid channel memberships of any tier. The average is total qualifying views divided by the number of qualifying videos. The membership target counts distinct paying members with current paid access in live mode. Test payments, unpaid or expired access, refunded or disputed payments, restricted accounts and your own account do not qualify.

Requirements are checked when applying and approving. A later drop in growth totals does not automatically remove approval. Artificial subscriptions, purchased engagement, self-dealing payments and other attempts to manipulate eligibility are prohibited. Approval does not replace Stripe verification.

2. Creator identity and payment setup

Approved creators complete Stripe onboarding as individuals. Provide truthful information and complete the identity, country, tax, bank and other checks Stripe requires for your circumstances. A 13+ Aurix account does not establish eligibility to receive payments through Stripe. Where Stripe requires legal authority or additional verification, complete that process through Stripe.

New purchases require an active eligible creator account, approved monetization and a working payment connection. Aurix cannot bypass Stripe restrictions or guarantee that every country, bank or payment method is supported. Keep your payout information current. Bank details and identity documents are supplied directly to Stripe; do not send them through public channel content or support messages.

3. Revenue shares

Affiliates receive 60% and Partners receive 75% of eligible advertising and membership revenue. Aurix retains the remaining 40% or 25%. Stripe processing fees are covered from Aurix's membership share.

Advertising shares apply to verified net provider revenue after the advertising provider's deductions, invalid-traffic adjustments and other report corrections. An ad request, impression, click or view is not itself a verified earning. No particular ad availability, rate or income is promised.

Membership shares apply to successfully paid membership amounts recorded for the channel. Refunds and disputes adjust the original payment's allocation proportionally. Amounts are recorded in the currency's smallest unit, so rounding can apply.

The rate attached to an earlier ad placement or paid invoice remains its historical rate, including earlier 55% advertising allocations. Partner approval changes new allocations to 75%. Existing recurring subscriptions are updated for future invoices without changing the member's price or generating an immediate charge solely for the revenue-share update. Studio can show a pending update while Stripe processes it.

4. Membership prices and benefits

Every channel has three standard monthly tiers: Tier 1 at CAD 5, Tier 2 at CAD 10, and Tier 3 at CAD 25. Creators choose which tiers are open to new members. These controls do not let creators change the standard prices.

Higher tiers include access to member-only videos assigned to that tier and lower tiers on the same channel. Membership on one channel does not unlock another channel. It does not transfer ownership, permit redistribution or guarantee a particular upload schedule unless the creator clearly offers one.

Review the channel's available content and stated benefits before joining. Creators must describe benefits accurately, hold the rights needed to offer their content, honour their promises and follow platform policies. Content may be edited, removed or restricted for legitimate reasons. Contact Aurix about missing benefits, misleading offers or billing errors.

5. Purchases and automatic renewal

A membership is a recurring monthly subscription, charged in Canadian dollars. The selected channel, tier, recurring price and final payment details are shown before you confirm payment in Stripe. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion rate or charges.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Keep a valid payment method and cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another payment. You can manage your payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Memberships on Aurix and Stripe's billing portal.

Returning from checkout does not prove payment. Paid access appears after Stripe confirms a successful payment and applies only to the paid period and channel. An incomplete, unpaid or failed payment does not unlock videos.

6. Changing a tier

Choose another available tier on the channel and review the change with Stripe. A disabled tier cannot be selected for a new purchase or newly requested tier change. Stripe displays any amount due before you confirm.

Upgrades can create an immediate prorated charge for the remaining billing period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current paid period where supported by the billing flow. Access to a higher tier depends on a confirmed paid invoice, not merely selecting the upgrade. Resolve overdue payments, cancellations or an existing scheduled change before requesting another change.

A payment or change already being confirmed when a creator closes a tier may still complete. A completed paid transaction is not silently cancelled just because a tier's availability changes.

7. Disabling tiers and pausing monetization

Disabling a tier closes it to new joins and new requests to switch into it. Aurix also attempts to close uncompleted checkouts for that tier. A creator can reopen the tier later.

Disabling a tier does not cancel an existing member's subscription, stop its scheduled renewals, remove that member's paid access or erase earnings. Existing members can cancel through Memberships. Higher-tier members continue to receive the included lower-tier access even if a lower tier is closed to new members.

Pausing monetization stops new revenue-sharing allocations and new membership purchases. Existing paid access and recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Approved status and historical revenue records remain saved.

8. Cancellation, refunds and disputes

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, with access continuing through that period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment. Contact Aurix promptly about an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or a problem with the purchased service. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain available.

Refunds and unresolved payment disputes can suspend the access funded by that payment, including after a partial refund. Creator earnings are adjusted using the original payment's share. Dispute losses and refunds can require recovery of funds previously transferred to the creator; if a dispute is resolved in the creator's favour, the corresponding recoverable amount can be restored.

Do not submit false disputes or use refunds and repeated purchases to manipulate eligibility. Reporting an honest billing problem does not waive your rights.

9. Earnings and payouts

Studio displays recorded membership earnings and verified advertising earnings separately. A recorded earning is not a promise that the same amount is immediately available for withdrawal.

Stripe manages membership settlement, available balances, payout schedules and account restrictions. Verification, payment settlement, refunds, disputes or banking issues can delay or affect payouts. Use the linked Stripe dashboard for the account's current payout information.

Advertising earnings are separate from a Stripe membership balance. Advertising payouts require attributable, verified and funded provider revenue and an available advertising payout arrangement. Aurix does not treat an unverified estimate as money available to withdraw. No minimum payout amount or fixed advertising payout date is promised by this version of the programme.

10. Taxes and records

Keep your own records and provide accurate tax information when required. You are responsible for your income reporting and obligations applicable to your circumstances. A revenue share is not a statement of your after-tax income. Any tax actually applied to a purchase must be disclosed in the payment flow; these terms do not represent that tax collection is enabled for every purchase.

Aurix and Stripe may retain transaction, acceptance and adjustment records for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable obligations, as described in their policies. Stripe's own services and agreements also apply to its payment and payout functions.

11. Restrictions and programme changes

Aurix can restrict a channel or pause new monetization activity for policy violations, fraud, legal requirements or payment-provider restrictions. Approval does not exempt monetized content from review. Use Studio's Safety and appeals process for platform enforcement decisions.

A restriction does not retrospectively rewrite a valid historical revenue allocation. Corrections for invalid traffic, refunds, disputes or other verified transaction adjustments remain possible. Existing membership obligations and consumer rights continue where applicable.

Material changes to these terms receive a new version. Aurix can require acceptance before new applications or actions that depend on the updated agreement. Earlier versions remain available through their versioned links. These terms do not create employment, exclusivity or a guaranteed level of earnings.

12. Test environments and contact

A flow marked test mode or sandbox uses simulated payments. Test earnings are not real funds and cannot be converted into a live balance. Moving to live payments requires live payment resources and any verification required for live creator accounts. Test customers, subscriptions, payout accounts and payment details are not copied into live payment records.

For billing, programme or accessibility questions, contact [email protected]. Include the relevant channel link and a safe description of the issue. Never include passwords, complete card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents.
